Free Sample Policy
We offer free samples under specific conditions, divided into two categories:
1. Free Samples for New Customers

New customers are eligible for free samples with a total product value up to USD 20.

If the sample value exceeds USD 20, the excess amount will be charged.
2. Free Samples for Bulk Order Customers

For customers who place a bulk order, typically 300 units or more, we will refund the previously charged sample fee.

In this case, the samples are considered fully free of charge.
Sample Shipping Policy

Sample shipping costs are paid by the customer.
