Free Sample Policy

We offer free samples under specific conditions, divided into two categories:

1. Free Samples for New Customers

  • New customers are eligible for free samples with a total product value up to USD 20.
  • If the sample value exceeds USD 20, the excess amount will be charged.

2. Free Samples for Bulk Order Customers

  • For customers who place a bulk order, typically 300 units or more, we will refund the previously charged sample fee.
  • In this case, the samples are considered fully free of charge.

  • Sample shipping costs are paid by the customer.
